5th day of the 10th Passage Hand in the year 10,157 CA

Well, journal, I have finally had enough. I have been mulling over the future of my sons. My split with Afsana difficult emotionally and in her eyes unwarranted. She has remained locked in Desert's Fury caring for our sons. I suppose it was the birth certificate signed by a scribe of Ar that irritated me then the invitation to my brothers to meet the babies, not everyone but the men of Lydius..it all made me decide that the woman would only use our boys as a social gimmick. Surely she knows these things would irritate any man of Gor....just like her wanting to die on the pyre with me, with her weilding a bola at me...and she acts so innocent asking what have I done. She is not as naive as all that... I know the woman, I've seen the cunningness in her gaze, I hear the bite of her words. As I received a valid copy of my sons birth certificates from my Ubar, it hit me, she would not raise my sons, so I showed up at Desert's Fury and brought them home, they are now living with me at HRS. Sana of course protested but there was little she could do. She knows best not to argue with me nor would Lex or her guards that I gave her, try and stop me. Under gorean law, I was well within my right to take what is mine. And since Desert's Fury is my house, Sana does not need to live there any longer and I informed her that she would have to find other living arrangements. I have left word to Trenton but he has not responded to me yet, if I know my Ubar, he doesnt like being dragged into the middle of domestic disputes, my scroll was for his information only besides, he has told me that my decisions are my own and he would support me. Anyway, they are home, I put into service a white silk for their nanny and Caleb, Caden and Breanna are so happy to see them again, Breanna wanted to stay up all night to watch over them so she could protect them. Before I headed out to the jetty, I checked on her and she was asleep by the bassinets, curled up with a fur over her. She is growing up so fast.

While I was at the jetty Callie made her way there. It had been a very long time since we both sat and talked, we used to spend our time there alot. The night was pleasant and peaceful. I am more at ease now that my sons are home. I told Callie that Caleb and Caden will be introduced to their tarns this hand and she went into a near panic. I did all I could to calm her down...and I waited til she had a little kalana too, thought the kalana would ease her panic but it didnt. So I told her she didnt have to go, in case something went wrong she wouldnt witness it. She just drank the last of her cut kalana, she will be ok...but Callie's guard wasnt too happy with me allowing her to drink so much and Im not sure if she got one but she did say he liked giving the lectures. Anyway, all for tonight...
