1st day of the 1st Passage Hand in the year 10,158 CA

My duties again keep me from writing my rence of thought. I havent even had time to elaborate on my return home from our little sail that Lydius has a new addition. Trenton has taken on a slave it seems. My Ubar is a gorean man and can do as he will but I must say I was a bit surprised. In all my En'var of knowing Trenton, he hasnt taken a slave. I still have yet to run across this slut and she must be something quite desireable or despicable that she is tucked away so. All I can say is I hope the slut pleases him...my Ubar deserves the best.

There are some prominent people in Lydius including the Admin Khil (well, last I knew he was Admin) and his companion Katie Brant. The first time I met Katie, I managed to upset her...well, her daughter managed to upset me first so I suppose we are even. And in my proud manner I did apologize to her but that was the last time I saw Katie. And since then I assumed she disliked me just like all the other fw that I encounter dislike me. Her companion on the other hand I have yet to meet and so I did manage to meet up with Lady Kate at the Inn the other night. Unfortunately I didnt get the opportunity to meet her companion but I did find out she no longer despises me for my impatience the last we met. We actually had a nice conversation, sat and laughed and she told me how pleasant she found Callie, how it was an honor to mentor her....well, long story short....she raved about Callie. That pleases me much to hear that my woman is as honorable as I expect her to be. Callie is doing well with her duties as En'Merchant and I couldnt be more proud of her.

The twins are due to make their appearance soon...I feel it. Soon they will come into the world for if I remember correctly, Callie is due this hand or the next. I am so excited!! I have stated one aphorism every night to my wee warriors so they hear the codes and as they grow up they will subconsciously know the codes, live by them, understand and heed them. Even tho I didnt do that with my oldest boys...they are learning their studies beautifully and everyday Im having to tell them to be patient. Odin now I know what Trenton had to put up with with me. Im sure I was just as impatient with city issues as my boys are with training. Sorry, Bro! I appreciate you more and more every day. Our daughters are preparing as well, tho Korlee still distances herself a bit...I feel it...I know she is not at all happy about not being the little one anymore but she will learn to love her station and appreciate her siblings. She has an attitude and I have to remember to smack my brother Kory for giving her that attitude...I swear to Odin she acts just like he does! Speaking of brothers....

Seems Alexander has finally come up for air, saw him waundering about the city on several occasions. Being that the shipwright is swamped with orders from all of Gor, he keeps to the yards and I have no reason to be there unless necessarily having to be there, I never seem to see the young shipwright but Im always watching out....for my brothers, the citizens and guests...my duties warrant it, my city and Ubar expect it. :::stops here and looks back at his rence, thinking Odin Im long winded:::
